Attendance kiosk with offline mode and Hikvision device sync.

Challenge
Companies take attendance at kiosks where the internet, or even the power, drops, and the app had become hard to change.
Approach
I refactored it to clean architecture with BLoC and per-environment flavors. An offline mode stores check-ins on the device and syncs them later. I integrated Hikvision terminals through their API, so companies share and sync their employees’ attendance.
Result
Over 1,000 active users. The app shows the full employee list with each person’s details. After the refactor, crashes fell 70% and screens load 25% faster.
